PROCESSING LINE & PACKAGING

FRESH PRODUCTS uses a European processing line and Packaging equipment which provides an efficient operation.

The processing line consists of:

  • Pre-washing.

  • Washing.

  • Pre-grading.

  • Length grading.

  • Manual sorting and inspection.

  • Polishing and rinsing.

  • Diameter grading.

  • Hydrocooling.

  • Drying.

The packaging line constitutes:

  • Weighing.

  • Packaging.

  • Palletizing.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS

  • 3200 Solar panels system capacity 1.5MW hour.

  • Diesel generator 600 KVA.

COLD STORES TECHNOLOGIES

FRESH PRODUCTS implemented two different types of cold stores:

The processing line consists of:

  • Standard cold stores 21 rooms’ different sizes.

  • Advanced cold stores rooms’ equipped with a control atmosphere system:

    • Control atmosphere system is our latest storage technology which allowed us to achieve excellence by developing new technical solutions and refining the selection of components used.
