Today, Fresh Products cultivates more than 800 hectares of farmland across the Akkar and Bekaa regions, integrating modern technology and innovation at both the production and post-harvest stages. The company specializes in the large-scale production of carrots, onions, garlic, and potatoes, achieving an annual output of approximately 40,000 tons, in addition to producing wheat and barley. In 2025–2026, Fresh Products is expanding its garlic operations significantly, with 120 hectares dedicated to new varieties imported from Spain, including European White and Spring Violet. The company is also developing additional new garlic varieties that will be introduced during the summer of 2026 and launched commercially in 2027. Through continuous improvement and investment in advanced agricultural practices, Fresh Products continues to strengthen its position as one of Lebanon’s leading fresh-produce companies.
The name of the company was created based on the spirit of the products which the company produces such as Carrot, Potato and Onion. Since the carrot is the main product which the company plants, the logo has been designed based on the shape of the carrot.
