FRESH PRODUCTS uses a European processing line and Packaging equipment which provides an efficient operation.

The processing line consists of:

  • Carrots soil and roots extractor.

  • Carrots length grader.

  • Carrots length grader.

  • Inspection table.

  • Diametrical grader classifies the carrots by volume.

The packaging line constitutes:

  • Box Tippers Z180.

  • Weigher AW 50-01.

COLD STORES TECHNOLOGIES

FRESH PRODUCTS implemented two different types of cold stores:

The processing line consists of:

  • Standard cold stores 21 rooms’ different sizes.

  • Advanced cold stores rooms’ equipped with a control atmosphere system:

    • Control atmosphere system is our latest storage technology which allowed us to achieve excellence by developing new technical solutions and refining the selection of components used.
